HISTORY

PACE Collaborative was founded on Labor Day weekend in 1985, and officially incorporated in June of 1986. PACE has grown from three founding members to one of the largest MEP Engineering firms in the Mid-Atlantic, comprised of a staff of approximately 100 professionals with offices located in Virginia Beach and Richmond, Virginia. Though based in the Mid-Atlantic region, PACE has completed projects in numerous states and various countries around the globe. PACE has grown from originally providing only MEP Engineering services, to include several additional, value-added services. PACE’s leadership is directly involved in all projects, and the staff's capabilities and qualifications are unsurpassed.
