We are seeking qualified individuals that would fill full time Electrical Engineering positions in our Virginia Beach and Richmond offices. The applicant shall have a minimum of 8 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and have a higher level of understanding of the consulting engineering industry. The applicant will be involved in the design of electrical power and lighting systems for various types of federal, state, municipal, and private sector facilities. Examples include but are not limited to; office buildings, retail buildings, restaurants, hospitals and other medical facilities, water and wastewater facilities, entertainment venues, museums, libraries, schools, higher education facilities, and multifamily buildings. The applicant shall have knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software, Microsoft Office, the National Electrical Code (NEC), and other related building codes and standards. Knowledge of interior and exterior lighting systems, facility power systems, and standby power systems is also required. Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E.), or the ability to obtain registration. Project management experience is a plus.

The applicant will ultimately supervise and manage other staff engineers and technicians. This position allows for the potential opportunity to purchase an equity stake in the company. Salary will be commensurate on experience and abilities.
