The Farmington Country Club (FCC) was patented in 1735 and first built upon at some period prior to 1780. The octagonal east wing of the clubhouse was constructed in 1802 near the University of Virginia as an addition to a pre-1780 structure and designed by Thomas Jefferson. The FCC is a full service, family oriented, private club that provides first class facilities, service and innovative programs to members, families, and guests.

This project includes the replacement of the existing food service equipment in the Southside Grill with accommodations for the future renovation of the Poolside Grill.
