The Farmington Country Club (FCC) was patented in 1735 and first built upon at some period prior to 1780. The octagonal east wing of the clubhouse was constructed in 1802 near the University of Virginia as an addition to a pre-1780 structure and designed by Thomas Jefferson. The FCC is a full service, family oriented, private club that provides first class facilities, service and innovative programs to members, families, and guests.

This two-phased approximately 85,148 square foot project includes the design and construction of the following:
