PACE Collaborative provided the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services for a 2nd brewery in Virginia Beach, VA for the Green Flash Brewing Company. The 58,000 SF facility closely replicates their San Diego brewery with state of the art equipment, an onsite lab for beer analysis, tasting room, outdoor beer garden, retail store and private event space. The brewery will accommodate 100,000 barrels of production capacity, and is planning to develop a local Virginia Beach series beer.

The design includes mechanical, electrical, and plumbing utilities to support the various processes, as well as HVAC, power, and lighting.
