Established in 1939, this project fell under Historic Preservation. The project involved the renovation of the 15,314 SF Administration Building. The focus was on improving the building systems and structure, as well as space planning and reconfiguration to enhance the functionality of the Administration wing and the original auditorium.

Improvements were related to the replacement of the existing HVAC systems, as well as the structural repairs to address the settling of the foundations.

This project was awarded the Award of Excellence, Best Renovated or Historic Rehabilitation Project, by the Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE) in 2019.
