This project included the renovations if two (2) exhibition galleries on the third floor and consisted if the complete demolition of the existing Aegis Theater in the area where the new “Aquaticus” exhibit is located. These two galleries are in the first phase of the “Reimagine Nauticus” campaign at the Nauticus Museum in Norfolk, Virginia.

• Norfolk in Time: This exhibit is an interdisciplinary, highly interactive exhibition weaving stories of history, culture, science, technology, and industry to showcase Norfolk’s unique resiliency in the face of continual challenge and change. 6,560 Sq Ft
• Aquaticus (Little Sailors): This exhibit is for ages ten and under. This gallery encourages experience-based play and discovery using both fine and gross motor skills as well as interactive elements. 2,780 Sq Ft
