This project is for a new 45,500 sf, 3-story office building for the City of Chesapeake. The building will include a small police station and the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s satellite office on the 1^st floor, with additional offices and Innovation Center spaces on the 2^nd and 3^rd floors.

The project also includes the design of a 3-story, 285 space naturally ventilated parking deck.

Construction anticipated to be completed in Summer 2026
